Despite the fact that spring came early, it didn't stay. We had snow Friday and Saturday. Not a lot mind you, but enough to know that despite the calendar the weather was going to do as it willed.
This spring is bringing about amazing results though, no matter if there is sunshine or snow.
I am distancing myself from "The Publisher that shall not be named" as they've branded me and several others as "squeaky wheels" and rather than oiling us have simply replaced us. Funny, I didn't remember being a squeaky wheel. In a rather odd turn, they are also holding hostage one of my novels which is due to be "mothballed" in May. Good riddance.
If you desire futher information on this developing situation I suggest you go to hipiers.com . The information there is more accurate than "The Publisher that shall not be named" would like to have known.
My trip to Virginia Beach was successful. Although I did not win the Eppie, I met some amazing people and reconnected with others. I am looking forward to attending the Romantic Times Convention in Houston and signing copies of 10 Steps to Creating Memorable Characters. Jay Poupard if you are out there doing a search on your name, know that I am using the pen you gave me for Christmas about twenty-five years ago.
My pirate time travel story, This Time Forever, is going well. It should be a late May release from Loose Id. Rand and Skylar, my hero and heroine, are in the 7th book of The Collector series.
I have several stories in various stages of development. Two cop stories are vying for my attention. For those of you who thought Mason was an interesting character in Refugee, he is pounding away at me to get his story written.
Visit Fictionwise, Erotique, Loose Id and Aspen Mountain Press to see my current work.
